برقية الى الملك عبدالله مستنكرا تدخل وزارة الداخلية في القضاء من اجل تعطيل وافساد القضايا

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

لقد رفعت قضيتين ضد وزارة الداخلية لمنعها من السفر تعسفيا لي ولموكلي ,
 الأولى تحمل رقم 246/ق لمنعها السفر لموكلي عبد الله حامد الحامد و للأسف لم يبت القاضي في هذه القضية

بحجة أنه يريد ورقة إثبات تفيد بالمنع والتي  ترفض وزارة الداخلية تزويدنا بها أو يريد القاضي خطاب لأحد المسؤولين

 حول هذا الموضوع مما اضطرني إلى إرسال هذه البرقية لإثبات مخاطبة أكبر مسؤول في الدولة

 و سنزود القاضي بصورة من هذه البرقية لكي يبت القاضي في القضية حسب الأنظمة .

أما القضية الثانية المسجلة في المحكمة برقم 245 وهي منعي شخصيا من السفر تعسفيا وللأسف أن القاضي

د. خالد الخضير يماطل في هذه القضية وقطع الجلسات ولم يحدد موعد لها و هذه مخالفة صريحة للأنظمة مما

اضطرني إلى ارسال خطاب شكوى و تظلم إلى فضيلة رئيس المحكمة الادارية و سجل برقم 13077 مطالبا بسرعة

البت وتحديد أقرب موعد لها .

وهذه القضيتين تدل على تجاوزات وزارة الداخلية وممارستها القمعية في منع  السفر تعسفيا وتدخلها السافر في القضاء

عبر اختراقها للسلك القضائي , مما يدل دلالة صريحة على عدم إستقلال القضاء في بلادنا مما يثبت أمام العالم

أن الدولة دولة قمعية استعبادية لشعبها .

 وأنا لا أطالب بشئ سوى حماية القضاء والقضاة من تدخل المتنفذون بها , وأطالب بتطبيق الأنظمة وسرعة البت في القضايا

حسب الأنظمة الموضوعة وعدم المماطلة أكثر من ذلك , والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته .

Association member Mr. (Fahad Al-Oraini) sends a telegraph to the King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz in which he condemned intervention of Ministry of Int/erior in Justice to suspend and corrupt judiciary.

Dear Sir,,

I have brought two suits against Ministry of Interior for forbidding me and my constituent to leave the Kingdom, the first case is number (246) which prevented travel of my constituent Mr. Abdullah Hamid Al-Hamid, unfortunately, the judge did not decide in this suit, saying that he needs evidence document confirms the prohibiting and Ministry of Interior refused to provide with this document, or the judge requested a letter from one of officials about this subject, this which forced me to send this telegraph in which I ad
dress the first official in the Kingdom, and we will provide the judge with a copy of this telegraph in order to decide in this case as per applied regulations.

The second suit was registered in the court with a number of (245) in which they have personally prohibited me to leave the Kingdom, unfortunately, the judge Khalid Al-Khudhair delayed this case and stopped hearings and did not limit any appointment, this is a clear breach for regulations, so I have been forced to send a complaint and protesting letter to His Eminence president of administrative court which registered in 13077 in which I have requested of quick decision and to determine nearest appointment for them, the both suits indicate exceeding of Ministry of Interior and its repressive practices in prohibiting me to leave the country and intervention in justice authority by penetrating of judiciary, this is an obvious indication of non-independent justice in our country and to confirm for all the world that this is a repressive government which enslave the people, I only request one thing that protection of justice and judges from intervention of powerful persons, also I request of regulations application and quick decisions in the suits according to applied laws and to avoid delaying.
